Due to ineligibility & an unfortunate lack of response from some prize winners, Minister Kessiri Siripakorn had to redraw some prizes. If you did not win this year, next year check your spam folders & don't be so hasty to delete voice mails / answering machine messages! You might have won & given the prize away without even knowing it!
